Email problems
NB 99.9% of all email problems arise because information in "General" and "Servers" is incorrect.
- Check: Have you put your email account user and login details exactly as provided?
- Check: Is your incoming POP3 server correct? mail.mydomain.co.uk
- Check: Is your outgoing SMTP server set to that of your ISP? e.g. post.demon.co.uk, if you do not know this you can usually find it on a Google Search.
( Advanced mailboxes only - use smtp.mydomain.co.uk or smtp.fasthosts.co.uk) - And Finally check you can make a live connection to the internet, can you browse websites normally?
